Just when you think that you got a REALLY good stripper name, what about your ninja name or pirate name? Have you ever given this a thought? There is no equation, you can plug in the type of soap you use and your favorite color to get a pirate name, if that were the case a name could be Irish Spring Red. This is not the most dangerous sounding name. The student claims in his suit that another student’s copying of computer files onto an exam has caused him damage.

(AP) Court documents reveal that suspended Syracuse University basketball player Scoop Jardine knew another student's identification card was being used to order more than $100 worth of food. According to the documents, Jardine didn't eat any of the food but helped carry it in when it was delivered to his apartment, then tried to cover up his involvement.

DEDHAM, MA (AP) Jailed suspect James Miller can kiss his escape plans goodbye. Authorities in Norfolk County, MA say Miller plotted with his girlfriend to pass him a key to handcuffs during a hug or kiss, but Miller forgot one critical detail – deputies say they hatched the plan during phone calls and all jail calls are monitored.

Lawyers for the Idaho Republican also argue the bathroom encounter isn’t criminal because it didn’t involve multiple victims. Craig is hoping to erase his guilty plea in the bathroom sex sting.
